Appointed as Chairman and Non-Executive Director on the 18th of October 2019.
As a QC at the Victorian Bar and former partner at Mallesons, Philip has broad knowledge of and dealings with regulators, and advising businesses on corporate matters. His 30+ years experience includes acting for ASIC, the ACCC and numerous large Australian and global corporations. Philip’s corporate experience includes the non-executive chair of Zip Co Limited, as well as board positions at the Bell Shakespeare Theatre Company and the Geelong Grammar School Council.
John was appointed as Director and Interim CEO on the 30th of April 2019.
John’s credentials include several years at blue chip wealth management firms Shaw and Partners, Diamond Capital Partners and Macquarie Group with experience in wealth management, superannuation, investment advisory, corporate advisory and business development.
Steven was appointed as Non-Executive Director on the 16th of April 2019.
Steven brings considerable experience in assisting and guiding small and micro-cap companies, including numerous technology companies, listed on the ASX. He is an experienced corporate lawyer, having worked at leading Australian and London law firms, in all areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on equity capital markets, M&A and private equity.
Raife was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on the 6th of November 2019.
As an expert on the recruiting industry, Raife has been charged with leading Nvoi on its mission to harness technology to reinvent how people are employed and how businesses manage their staff. Raife is passionate about unlocking the power of technology to support established industries and this has driven much of his career. Raife’s career has spanned several countries and companies including Dun & Bradstreet, Hoover’s, Living Social and more recently Adzuna Australia.
Sinead was appointed as Company Secretary on the 24th of June 2019.
Sinead has over 10 years’ experience within company secretarial roles in Australia and Ireland. Sinead has worked with a varied portfolio of ASX listed companies across technology, mining, financial and communications as well as providing company secretarial services for other public, private and not-for-profit entities. Sinead has a Masters in Management and Corporate Governance and a degree in Law with Government and is an associate member of the Governance Institute having qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary through the ISCA (now Governance Institute).
